Development Project

In the western part of the complex the construction of another hall covering an area of 11,250 m2
(75 m x 150 m) and having a max height of 7.3 m is being prepared on free land. At present the project may be adjusted to the tenant’s wishes. The project being prepared has a sufficient internal flexibility and it will enable the building-in of an office floor. The minimum area of storage space when the building is divided will be 1,400 m2. After structural modifications and the completion of the whole project the overall storage area of the complex will be ca 22,000 m2. For the subject project the Planning Permit has been issued.
